CBD works by interacting with the Endocannabinoid System (ECS), a network of receptors in the body that helps regulate various functions such as mood, pain, and inflammation. Unlike THC, CBD does not bind directly to these receptors but influences them indirectly, enhancing the body's natural processes. Water-soluble CBD uses nano-sized CBD molecules, which improves absorption and effectiveness in the body. Since our bodies are primarily water, traditional oil-based CBD might not be as easily absorbed. Our advanced technology allows these smaller CBD particles to integrate seamlessly and penetrate cells more effectively.

Full spectrum CBD is derived from the whole hemp plant, including terpenes, flavonoids, and other cannabinoids. Therefore, full spectrum CBD does contain a trace amount of THC--less than 0.3%. We choose to use full spectrum CBD because we believe that it provides the greatest therapeutic benefits as compared to broad spectrum CBD, which contains some cannabinoids but no THC, and CBD Isolate, which is pure CBD with no THC or cannabinoids. The trace amount of THC helps to bind and interact with our bodies’ Endocannabinoid System to promote homeostasis, or optimal functioning conditions.

Nano emulsion is the process SOLUBL uses to break CBD oil down into microscopic water-compatible particles. This makes the CBD water-soluble — meaning it dissolves in your body's water-based fluids and absorbs faster and more completely than standard oil-based CBD products.

Even though SOLUBL CBD uses Full Spectrum from hemp, we cannot guarantee it will not show up on certain drug tests. The THC is only present in trace amounts (less than 0.3%) and this amount is too low to have intoxicating effects. Although the more you use the more it will build up in your system and have a possibility it will test positive for THC.

Yes and no. CBD products that are derived from hemp plants and contain less than 0.3% THC are legal under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (also known as the 2018 Farm Bill). You may travel domestically with labeled hemp derived CBD. We do not advise you to travel internationally with hemp derived CBD, whereas it may not be legal in that country.

Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) commonly used to treat pain and inflammation. SOLUBL's pharmacist team combined diclofenac with water-soluble CBD in our Dual Action Topical because the two ingredients work synergistically — CBD reduces inflammation through the endocannabinoid system while diclofenac directly inhibits pain-causing chemicals. Together they provide more comprehensive relief than either ingredient alone.

Because our formula uses water-soluble nano emulsion technology, both ingredients absorb deeper and faster than oil-based alternatives — reaching the joints and muscles where relief is actually needed.

Both topicals use water-soluble CBD nano emulsion for deeper absorption than oil-based creams. The key difference is:

• Dual Action Topical — contains diclofenac, a pharmaceutical-grade anti-inflammatory. Best for serious joint pain, arthritis, and chronic inflammation
• Cooling Topical — contains menthol and natural botanicals including arnica, turmeric root, and ivy gourd. Best for post-workout muscle recovery, everyday tension, and cooling relief

The Calming Bath Soak is designed for full-body relaxation and skin nourishment — not targeted pain relief. The topicals are applied directly to a specific area for localized relief. For the most complete CBD recovery routine use the bath soak for whole-body relaxation and the topical for targeted joint or muscle relief.

Because SOLUBL uses water-soluble nano emulsion technology most people feel the effects faster than standard CBD products. Gummies typically take 15–45 minutes. Topicals can provide relief within minutes of application. Results vary based on individual body chemistry, weight, and the condition being addressed.

CBD can interact with certain medications. Always consult your physician or pharmacist before adding CBD to your routine — especially if you are taking blood thinners, anti-seizure medications, or other prescription drugs. We recommend starting with one gummy and adjusting your dose from there. You can cut them in half or take two or more for your personal needs. We encourage you to find the dosage that suits you best, since everyone is different.

If your product remains unopened, you may return it within 30 days from your order date for a full refund of the purchase price.
